There will be a lot of excitement when the recipients of the South Iceland Science and Research Fund are announced, as Mrs. Halla T\u00f3masd\u00f3ttir, President of Iceland, will formally present the grant. In addition, the President of Iceland will present the South Iceland Education Award. <\/div>

The \u00c1rnesinga Music School will offer musical performances and a previous grantee will present the results of their research. The moderator will be Soff\u00eda Sveinsd\u00f3ttir, principal of FSU. <\/div>
